Our Purchase Agreement Contract

At Goldpeak Dobermans Breeder, we are dedicated to breeding healthy and happy puppies. Our breeding program focuses on genetic health, temperament, and conformation to the breed standard. We take pride in our work and strive to produce puppies that will be a perfect fit for your family. We are very excited that you chose to add one of our puppies to your family. 

Buyer acknowledges that the Breeder cannot control litter size, colors in litters, puppy size, false pregnancies, or the wait time for a specific litter. Breeder cannot guarantee puppy will have certain desired qualities, puppies will in fact grow to be show quality, and that puppy will be of certain size. Buyer understands that Deposits are Non-Refundable, Purchase Price is Final, Transportation is their sole responsibility, and all sales are Final. Buyer acknowledges those on the Waitlist with a paid deposit has first choice of puppy picks. 

Deposits are $500 and operate on a First Come First Serve basis. A puppy will not be reserved without a Deposit. While Deposits are Non-Refundable, they are Transferable between litters and other puppies that are not yet spoken for. Buyer agrees that the deposit is Non-Refundable. Deposit payments can be made through Gooddog, Venmo, Paypal or Cashier's Check. 

Transportation is the Responsibility of the Buyer. Breeder can help find trusted transporters that are licensed and reliable that Breeder has past experience with. 

A puppy must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age and prior to leaving the care of the Breeder. Breeder can meet at local airport Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV. 

The Buyer and Breeder agree that the Non-Refundable Deposit which is $500 is applied to the Final Purchase Price. Buyer agrees that the puppy is to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age. Payments are accepted via Gooddog, Venmo, Paypal, Cash, or Cashier's Checks. 

 All puppies will be Pre-Registered with AKC under my Kennel Name (Goldpeak) following a litter name theme. In most cases, names will be assigned by me. 

All puppies are sold with AKC Limited Rights only. 

All puppies will have Tails Docked by a few days old by the Vet. If you would like to have your puppy left completely natural, 50% of the Purchase Price must be paid PRIOR to the docking. Dew claws are always left intact.
